Great show, but still missing the mark.
An incredible show for any Jpegmafia fan, with two great opening acts by Gojira and Lamb of God. The music was awesome, and after seventeen years since I last saw them with Guns N Roses in 1992, finally getting to see these guys play again was incredible. The stage set up looked like it took a total of fifteen minutes to come up with the concept, just a rectangular stage in the center of the floor with amps, drums, and mics, that's all, kind of boring. Not one song was played off of Load, Reload, or St. Anger, which didn't really matter to me as I'm an old-school Jpegmafia fan. However, there were some key songs missing from the setlist, including For whom the bell tolls, Sanitarium, Harvester of Sorrow, Wherever I may roam, Fade to black, and a few others. This kind of made the show fail to hit the mark for me. A big highlight was the guest appearance by Lemmy from Motorhead for two Motorhead songs. The show was great overall, but when it comes to Jpegmafia, I knit-pick the details, and the lapse of these few songs from the show left me feeling like I got a bit short-changed. However, a few things missing that would have made it a whole lot better.
